Wokay…7 years of Blogging : Rambling Reflections

It all started on 23rd Dec 2009. You might ask “Why did you start Blogging” Well, I have a simple answer for it – I am normal person who likes to read simple blogs (without HR Jargons) hence I started writing blogs, so that I could understand it while reading it. Period 🙂

Things that I learnt while blogging (Here we go, time for some gyan!!!)

a) “Always write for yourself and don’t ever, ever, ever try to please the audience”

b) Stick to basics

c) “Your Blog Title must be one of its kind 🙂

Here are my top 5 favorite Blogs so far. As they say, the best is yet to come:

d) Wokay….. last but not the least, in fact the most important thing I learnt – Just have fun and be your real self 🙂

As mentioned in the 2nd point, here are the numbers. But no numbers can beat this feeling when people ask you “Are you that Rambling Recruiter Guy” Just amazing feeling. That is the most satisfying ROI ever. So now you know, when you ask me about my ROI of blogging, this is exactly what you will get to hear 🙂

Coming back to numbers, here you go

So looking forward to 2017. Hope to cover more and more interesting topics and as promised, will continue not to use Jargons 🙂

Twitter List of 101 Inspiring Gentlemen

Statutory Warning :

This list is not for the “faint-hearted”

This list is also not for those who “Know it all”

This Twitter list is for those who are keen to learn, connect and share with the community.

Normally this is not how I start a blog, but had to make it clear that the intent is to share a list of inspiring folks who have been role models to many out there. Those who have inspired people who have worked with them, who have inspired the community, who have made an impact on society / industry they belong to.  PS: You don’t need thousands of followers on Twitter to inspire people. You don’t need a fancy designation to inspire people.  All you need is clarity of thought and passion to share your experience with your community.

I have been fortunate to have met many of these Inspiring folks. Hence taking this opportunity to share this Twitter List of 101 Inspiring Gentlemen.

So, let’s get to the list. They are in random order. PS: I am taking this liberty to break the rule for the 1st Name. He is truly the most inspiring Gentleman that I have ever met and learnt from aka my Dad, Jayant Jamnadas Kamdar.
