Have you closed any requirements based on Resumes via networking sites?

Well, here I am with the 5th question which was asked to a group of 90 recruiters.

You might wonder what would be the answer for this question!!! You might want to know if there are recruiters using this medium.

Welcome to the club, even I was sailing in the same boat sometime back. I was very eager to know the result of this question.

Hence as a part of a research program, I managed to get in 90 recruiters to express their views about social networking.

You can check out the 10 questions that were asked to them at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/FB27XSG

And the winner is………………………………..

The following data shows that there is a sizeable amount of respondents who have managed to close certain requirements via networking sites; this shows its positive impact on the usage and benefits of the Sites.

The 34% respondents have mentioned that they have not yet closed requirements via Social Networking sites. Just to take this result positively, it can be seen that there is a lot of scope for them to explore networking sites, and make the most of this amazing world of Social Networking sites 🙂

You can also check previous 4 questions and their Analysis in the previous blog posts  –

Respondents Details:

All the 90 respondents are recruiters, who are responsible for Hiring in their respective organizations.

Hence in order to get authentic data, Recruiters were the right audience.

Looking forward to your views on this data. You can agree or disagree 🙂
